Hubbard, a global leader in broiler breeding and part of the Aviagen Group and Erich Wesjohann Group (EWG), is looking for a Premium Business & Market Development Manager – Africa to support the growth of its Premium poultry products across Africa.

Your mission

In a fast-growing African poultry market, you will drive the development and expansion of Hubbard Premium products through strategic projects, market activation, partnerships, and business development initiatives.

This role is focused on creating opportunities and supporting regional growth — not direct sales or account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Hubbard Premium business across Africa;
• Identify strategic market opportunities, distributors, and support growth initiatives;
• Build strong relationships with NGOs, partners, and poultry value chain stakeholders;
• Support funding applications and development projects;
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to technical and R&D teams;
• Coordinate with regional sales, planning, export, and marketing teams;
• Promote Hubbard Premium products through marketing, communication, and field activities;
• Support the structuring of Premium Parent Stock operations.
